LQD Nickname: LTDs Colors: Maroon and White Purpose and Goals: As the first Asian American fraternity to be founded at the University of California, Irvine in 1983, Lambda Theta Delta has been the leader among organizations focusing on Asian American issues. the diverse cultural backgrounds of our members are the cornerstone, which has built the LTD's strong sense of brotherhood. Lambda Theta Delta not only focuses on building the fraternity's character, but also focuses on the community that surrounds it. LTD has won numerous awards for its philanthropy in the Los Angeles and Orange County communities. Some of the activities that the brothers pride themselves in are their dance routines that have taken numerous awards at competitions, competing in basketball tournaments, winning numerous intramural sports championships at UCI, hosting the annual VIBE dance competition, and throwing various parties throughout the year.
